Mr Ian Cox
Director
Ian has over 30 years’ experience of working with companies in the life sciences, pharmaceutical, biotechnology and medical device sectors across the UK, Europe, Asia and North America.
Ian is known for his expertise in Research and Development (R&D). His experience spans drug discovery lead candidate identification, pre-clinical and clinical development, regulatory (European/US-FDA) submissions and approvals, commercial manufacturing, and life-cycle management.
Ian has a strong strategic focus and has the scientific and commercial knowledge to drive business development opportunities through in-licensing and out-licensing agreements, in addition to undertaking due diligence and evaluation of new opportunities.
Ian builds strong, collaborative relationships and partnerships with internal and external stakeholders, and has a track record of building and leading high performing R&D and product development teams.

Dr Kam Nanuwa

Kam is a GMC registered physician, with a licence to practise and an experienced ABPI final signatory. With over 18 years’ experience of working with companies in the Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, Healthcare and Consulting sectors Kam brings a strong Medical and Clinical presence to the IDACO Consulting team.
Kam has extensive knowledge of Medical Affairs and Clinical Development and has a strong focus on patient centricity, stakeholder engagement and developing collaborative partnerships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
Kam brings with her experience of Strategy Development and Implementation, Strategic Healthcare Planning and the Optimisation of Healthcare Services including Patient Pathways.
Kam is also an experienced people manager and has a track record of building and leading high performing Medical Teams.

Andy Ward
Andy is a well-established and experienced executive and transformation leader, with a track record of growing and leading businesses in new and established markets. Specialising in strategy execution, business transformation and delivering complex programmes of work in technology, healthcare and life sciences, his work over the last 20 years has seen him lead practices and client work, in Big 4 consulting and MNCs, and work with national and regional governments, healthcare providers and pharmaceutical companies on areas such as strategy and operations, cost reduction, efficiency and productivity improvements, and leadership development. His international experience spans UK, Europe, the Middle East, South Africa, Australia, and the US. Throughout his work he combines strategic thinking and practical, hands on working to build durable businesses, programs and teams. He recently led GE Healthcare’s UK and Nordic consultancy business.
Andy specialises in support to technology, health and life sciences organisations needing to release latent opportunities in their businesses in the UK and overseas – with recent successes in building a health services transformation and solutions business for a MNC in Australia and reforming a technology solutions business in the UK during a period of rapid growth and market change. Other work includes developing an international commercialisation strategic plan for a health regulator.
